VGS operates B2B industry membership communities. Membership provides access to the applicable community, its available resources and networking features. Membership pricing and billing frequency are displayed on the applicable community page.

VGS operates focused industry membership communities. Membership provides access to the applicable community, its available resources, networking and relevant business opportunities. Community membership is a service provided by VGS and is not a physical-product purchase.
4. Direct business relationship
Membership payments are made for access to services provided by Vertex Growth Systems. VGS does not act as a marketplace, payment aggregator or escrow service between community members and does not collect membership payments on behalf of community members.
5. Membership eligibility and conduct
Eligibility may vary by community and industry. Members must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws and follow the rules communicated for the relevant community. VGS may restrict or terminate access where required for safety, compliance or material violation of these terms.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
Community participation does not guarantee leads, customers, sales, revenue or any specific business result.
7. Payments, renewals and cancellation
Membership pricing and billing frequency are displayed on the applicable membership page. Recurring memberships renew according to the selected plan unless cancelled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments may be processed through Razorpay.
8. Client and member responsibilities
Clients and members agree to provide accurate information, maintain appropriate account details, follow applicable community rules and use the website and services lawfully.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and materials created by VGS remain our property until agreed otherwise in writing. Community content supplied by members remains subject to the rights and permissions applicable to that content.
10. Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, VGS's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
